Advocacy for Homeowners
Free inspections with photo documentation of the current roof surface, condition, and possible areas of concern
Education of how the roof system works, features and comparisons of all levels of asphalt shingles and other roof coverings
Honest recommendations about storm-related damage, insurance claims and the claim process, advocacy for the homeowner to the insurance company throughout the claim process to ensure accurate documentation of damage by the adjuster, impartial insurance claim determination by the insurance company, and review of insurance estimates to ensure all warranted items are included in the scope of work with accurate payment amounts. Essentially, I work to hold insurance accountable to provide the coverage and benefits the homeowner is entitled to outlined in the policy they've paid for.
